Agreement

These terms govern your use of AEXOS, operated by AsymiLink Meta. By accessing AEXOS, you confirm that you are an authorised user provisioned on an AsymiLink Meta Enterprise engagement, and that you agree to these terms.

Service Description

AEXOS is an executive governance and compliance workspace available exclusively to AsymiLink Meta Enterprise clients. It provides decision-queue governance, compliance tracking across jurisdictions, risk and legal oversight, strategic pipeline management, and an immutable decision log.

AEXOS is not a law firm, compliance consultancy, or legal advisor. It is a workspace that gives your compliance and executive teams a better operating picture.

Access

Access to AEXOS is by invitation only. Users are provisioned by their organisation's administrator as part of an Enterprise engagement with AsymiLink Meta. There is no public trial, self-serve signup, or consumer access.

Access categories:

• Executive — C-suite, General Counsel, compliance lead. Provisioned on engagement.
• Delegate — Named operators granted access by the executive organisation.
• AsymiLink Staff — Delivery and admin access only as the engagement requires.

Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Use AEXOS only for its intended purpose of governance, compliance, and executive decision-support
• Not attempt to circumvent security controls, data classification, or access restrictions
• Not share credentials or grant access to unauthorised individuals
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction(s)

Audit and Logging

All actions within AEXOS are logged and auditable. This includes AI interactions, decision approvals, document access, and configuration changes. The immutable decision log is a core feature of the platform and cannot be disabled.

Intellectual Property

AEXOS and its underlying technology are the intellectual property of AsymiLink Meta. Your organisational data remains your property. AI-generated recommendations and outputs produced from your data are provided as part of the service and do not transfer IP rights in the underlying platform.

Limitation of Liability

AEXOS provides AI-assisted recommendations for governance and compliance. These are decision-support tools, not guarantees of compliance or legal correctness. Human authority remains final on all decisions. AsymiLink Meta is not liable for decisions made using AEXOS recommendations.

Termination

Access to AEXOS is tied to the Enterprise engagement. When an engagement concludes, access is deprovisioned. Data retention and export are governed by the engagement agreement.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
